Not unless a more guided approach has been arranged. The standard experience allows someone to record privately, or with a loved one, using the phone and thoughtfully written prompts.
Is the phone difficult to use?+
No. The experience is designed to feel familiar and unintimidating. Clear instructions are included, and Memory Line can provide support before recording begins.
What happens to the raw recordings?+
The audio is handled privately, carefully edited and delivered as an enduring personal keepsake. Delivery and access options are confirmed with each client.
Can families record together?+
Absolutely. Stories can be recorded alone, through a conversation, or with several generations gathered around the phone. There is no single right way to remember.
Do I have to commission an artwork?+
No. Professionally prepared audio is the heart of every Legacy & Life experience. The listening artwork is an optional second keepsake for those who want their chosen moment interpreted visually.
